1) Will this product break?
We take our time and include strict protocols in order to ensure all products are durable and well made. Please be advised that our products do have limitations and if limitations are passed then product failure can occur.
2) Can I put this figurine outside?
We do not recommend leaving our 3D products outside and open to the elements. Some 3D printing materials that we use can melt if left in direct sunlight unless specifically stated for outdoor use.
3) How quickly can a custom order be completed and shipped?
Depending on what product you buy the lead time can be as much as 7 business days to ship. Please be advised that the more customization that is required may increase this time. We will always communicate customization time frames.
4) Can you gift wrap this?
Of course, we can gift wrap any product we sell with additional cost. Please add the gift-wrapping option at time of purchase.
5) Will the tracking information be given to me once my product ships?
Yes, we will send you the tracking information once we receive it. Please know that we try to do this in a timely manner but because we are a small business it could take up to 24 hrs.
6) What do I do if I have questions about a product?

7) What is it made of?
We utilize materials such as PLA+, ABS, PETG and others which are various types of plastic filaments that are melted down and cooled layer by layer to create our amazing products. Other materials are available as needed for special items.
